The Virginia Community College System (VCCS) RoadshowBlack and teal logo reading “Virginia’s Community Colleges Roadshow” with a stylized road graphic and the Virginia’s Community Colleges flame emblem on the left. is a collaborative outreach initiative that connects high school students with their local community colleges through on-site high school visits and campus-based events. The Roadshow partners with high schools with 50% or more of students eligible for Free and Reduced-Price Lunch (FRPL), providing students with direct access to admissions, enrollment, financial aid, academic advising and other essential student support services. Designed to strengthen regional pathways and reduce barriers to college access, the VCCS Roadshow supports a smoother transition from high school to postsecondary education. The initiative is co-sponsored by the Virginia Community College System (VCCS),  GEAR UP Virginia, the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) and the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE).

In its first year (2025), the VCCS Roadshow partnered with 13 high schools and was a resounding success:
